Privacy & Disclosures

The fine print, in plain English.

What we collect

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and standard signup context (such as the page you subscribed from, your IP address, and approximate location derived from it). When you read our emails, our email platform records standard engagement data — opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes — which we use to keep the newsletter deliverable and relevant.

That's it. We don't ask for your name, we don't buy data about you, and we never collect financial account information.

How we use it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address. Ever.

Who processes it

Our newsletter is delivered by Kit (kit.com), which stores subscriber data on our behalf as a processor. Our website is hosted in the United States. Market data and news shown in issues come from third-party sources (CoinGecko, alternative.me, and the credited news outlets); those requests happen on our servers — none of your data is sent to them.

Cookies & analytics

This website is a simple publication. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits; we don't run advertising trackers on this site. Links to third-party sites (including affiliate links, below) are governed by those sites' own policies once you click through.

Affiliate disclosure (FTC)

Some links in our emails and on this site are affiliate links: if you click one and sign up or make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate placements in our newsletter are visually labeled ("Partner"). Affiliate relationships never influence what appears in The Numbers, The Movers, or The Brief — editorial content is selected before, and independently of, any partner placement.

Not financial advice

Coin Mornings is educational content for a general US audience. Nothing we publish is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose money — never invest more than you can afford to lose. Always do your own research or consult a licensed professional.

Your choices & rights

Children

Coin Mornings is not directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has subscribed, contact us and we'll remove them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it in the newsletter and update the effective date above.
